By accessing and using the services of Bhromon Sathi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full payment or the required advance payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the due date.
• Package prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

• For tour packages, an advance payment of 50% is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the travel date.
• For homestay bookings, full payment may be required in advance or as per the specific booking policy.
• All payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: 50% refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the travel date: 25% refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date: No refund.
• No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
• In case of cancellation by Bhromon Sathi due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including ID proofs, permits, and other necessary documents.
• Bhromon Sathi is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or incomplete travel documents.
• For certain destinations, special permits may be required which we can assist with, but the responsibility lies with the traveler.

• Travelers should be in good health and consult a physician before undertaking any strenuous activities.
• Bhromon Sathi is not liable for any health issues, accidents, or injuries during the trip.
• Customers are advised to have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

• Bhromon Sathi reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.
• No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes made for safety or operational reasons.

• Customers must follow the instructions of guides and tour operators for their safety.
• Respect local customs, traditions, and environments.
• Any damage to property or facilities will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
• Maintain discipline and avoid any behavior that may disturb other travelers.

• Bhromon Sathi acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, etc.).
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
• Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for our services.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy document for details.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bhromon Sathi and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bongaon, West Bengal.

Bhromon Sathi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
